RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE ORDINARY ASSOCIATION
„ANIMAL CLUB” (excerpt)
§1. General provisions
1 The ordinary association shall be called „Zwierzomania Klub”, hereinafter referred to as the „Association”.
(2) The Association acts on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 7 April 1989. - Law on Associations (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 40 as amended) and these Regulations.
3 The association has no legal personality.
(4) The seat of the Association is Starachowice, 79 Wrzosowa Street, 27-200 Starachowice.
(5) The area of operation of the Association is the Republic of Poland and other European countries, in accordance with applicable law.
6 The Association has been established for an indefinite period of time.
7 The Association shall base its activities on the voluntary work of its members, although it may employ persons to carry out its statutory activities.
8 The Association may cooperate with national and foreign organisations, institutions and individuals.

§2. Objectives of the Association
The purpose of the Association is social, educational, scientific and cultural activities in the field of:
1. the registration and record keeping of exotic domesticated animals, including efforts to keep them legally and safely.
2. to disseminate knowledge about exotic animal species, their biology, needs, ethics and welfare.
3. environmental and nature education of the public, with particular emphasis on the protection of animals and the environment.
4. promote the principles of responsible breeding, adoption and care of exotic animals.
5. organise exhibitions, competitions, events and activities to promote knowledge about exotic animals.
6. issuing documents of origin and keeping records of exotic animals.
7. to carry out activities for the integration of the livestock breeding community and animal lovers.
8. actions to protect nature, the environment and animal welfare.
9. to support civic initiatives and activities of non-governmental organisations converging with the objectives of the Association.
§3. Forms of achieving the objectives
The Association pursues its objectives by:
1. organise educational workshops, seminars, conferences, lectures and meetings.
2 Create and publish educational material - interviews, videos, graphics, articles, guides.
3. keeping records of exotic animals and documentation of origin.
4. organise exhibitions, educational competitions and learning games.
5. development and dissemination of breeding and welfare standards for exotic animals.
6. cooperation with scientific institutions, schools, social organisations, the media and local authorities.
7. to carry out information and advisory activities, including consultation and training.
8. employing people to carry out statutory tasks, including specialists, educators and project coordinators.
§4. Members of the Association
(1) A member of the Association may be a natural person having full legal capacity and not being deprived of public rights, being a Polish citizen or a foreigner.
(2) New members shall be admitted by the Members' Assembly by resolution adopted within 21 days of the date of submission of the membership declaration.
3 Members of the Association have the right to:
1. participate in the activities and meetings of the Association,
2. to elect and be elected to the authorities,
3. make proposals and requests concerning the activities of the Association,
4. to benefit from the Association's achievements, benefits and assistance.
4 Members have a duty to:
1. observe the provisions of the Rules of Procedure and the resolutions of the authorities,
2. actively participate in the achievement of the Association's objectives,
3. take care of the good name and property of the Association.
5 Membership shall cease in the event of:
1. voluntary withdrawal notified in writing,
2. death of a member,
3. expulsion by resolution of the Founding Members' Meeting for gross violation of the Rules of Procedure.
§5. Association authorities
